• Doubles: if you change partner and no new partner joins before registrations close, your entry is cancelled automatically and refunded, minus the PickleHunter fee and payment gateway charges.
• Once registrations have closed, no refunds are available.
• No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or withdrawals after registrations close.
• If the organizer cancels the tournament before it begins, all participants receive a full refund with no deductions, including the PickleHunter fee.

Tournament Description :
Get ready for Jaipur PickleBall Championship 2026, a competitive indoor pickleball tournament featuring Mixed Doubles and Doubles categories.
The tournament will follow a straight knockout format, bringing together players for a full day of competitive pickleball in Jaipur.
With professional match management, referees, tournament-grade balls, refreshments, cash prizes and Medals, Jaipur PickleBall Championship 2026 is designed to provide players with a professionally managed tournament experience.
Limited entries: 16 teams per category.

Players may register for both categories, subject to availability.

Therefore:

Tournament Format :
Straight Knockout
Each category :
16 Teams → Round of 16 → Quarterfinals → Semifinals → Final
There will be :
15 matches per category
30 matches across both categories
A team is eliminated after losing a match.
Match Format :
Round of 16: 1 game to 15
Quarterfinal: 1 game to 15
Semifinal: 1 game to 15
Final: Best of 3 games to 11
Games to 15 are win by 2, capped at 17.
Final games are win by 2.
Tournament management may modify match scoring if required because of unforeseen delays or venue constraints.

Player Check-in: 7:15 AM onwards
Player Briefing: 7:45 AM
First Match: 8:00 AM
Mixed Doubles: Morning session
Doubles: Afternoon session
Finals & Prize Ceremony: Evening
Expected Finish: Approximately 7:30 PM
Exact individual match timings and the tournament draw will be communicated to registered players before the event.

Tournament entry includes:
Player Reporting :
Players should report at least 30 minutes before their scheduled match.
Players who fail to report on time may be given a walkover after the permitted reporting period at the discretion of the Tournament Director.
Players participating in both categories must remain available according to the published tournament schedule.
Team Registration :
Each doubles team consists of 2 players.
Both players should have a PickleHunter account and complete tournament registration as required.
Entries will be confirmed only after successful registration/payment.
Maximum: 16 teams per category.
Once a category reaches capacity, further registrations may be placed on a waitlist.
Tournament Draw :
The tournament draw will be prepared after registrations close.
The draw and match schedule will be communicated to confirmed participants before the tournament.
Tournament management reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the draw or match timings where required for smooth event operations.
Equipment :
Players should bring their own sportswear and appropriate shoes.
Tournament balls and paddle will be provided by the Organizer.
Important Rules :
Players must maintain appropriate sporting conduct throughout the tournament.
The decision of the Tournament Director / Head Referee regarding match-related disputes will be final.
Any abuse, misconduct or deliberate violation of tournament rules may lead to disqualification.
