Every Play Request counts when sent, whether it is accepted, declined, expired or cancelled. Free members receive 3 per India calendar month, resetting at 12:00 AM IST on the 1st. Plus members receive 10 per India calendar day, resetting at 12:00 AM IST. Unused requests do not roll over. You may send another request to the same player after 24 hours, and it uses another request.

What happens when I reach my Play Request limit?

You can continue browsing and chatting with accepted players. Your balance refreshes automatically at the next reset, or you can upgrade for 10 Play Requests each day.

How do I cancel Plus renewal?

Open Dashboard, then Settings and PickleHunter Plus. Turning off renewal stops future charges while your benefits continue until the paid period ends.

Is the blue verification badge guaranteed?

Identity-verification review is included. The badge is awarded after the account email is verified and the private identity check is approved. A mismatch is handled through private review.

How long does identity review take?

Timing depends on document and provider checks. Your status remains private, and we will tell you if the review team needs more information.
